I have a user with Outlook 2000. He receives one
particular excel spreadsheet file and gets the following
error:
Can't create file: (filename). Right-click the folder you
want to create the file in, and then click Properties on
the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

This file is generated daily from another program and is
auto e-mailed to several people including this user. He
can't open any of these files generated daily.
He can open other excel attachments fine. He can send this
file to another person and they can open it fine. Others
who get this file can open it as well. I have run a virus
scan, found 2 virus and removed them, ran ad-aware to
clean up other stuff as well, ran a repair of Outlook and
office also.

I am currently out of ideas. Any input would be
appreciated.
Thanks

Clear the Temporary Internet Files folder. This will delete the tempfiles
created by opening the files directly from within Outlook instead of saving
them first.
