When configuring outlook 2000 to access a POP3. Is there a
way to change the location on the default creation of the
pst file without having to create a new outlook data file
(Personal Folder)?

By default, it will create the pst file under ...
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
Therefore taking space of the C Drive. I would like to
take advantage of a second and larger partition without
having to create a new Personal folder.

Hi Erick,

please shut Outlook and MOVE the pst file to you personal folder.
After starting Outlook, you will get a message, that the path to the pst is
not correct and you have to "show" outlook, in which folder the pst file is.

Thanks!
