When I click on a link in Outlook 2000 email it does nothing. Is
there a setting wrong or is something wrong with Outlook 2000. It
came with Office 2000.
Any help would be appreciated.

What web browser and version of that browser?

Mozilla 1998-2006 and internet explorer 7. I use Mozilla most of the
time.

Which browser is your default? It sounds like you have a file association
issue for the "URL:HyperText transfer Protocol " file type.

Then check the file type association I suggested to see if it's properly
opening IE7.

I do not know where to look for the file type association. I have
looked into the internet options and it is all Microsoft setting. I
looked in Windows Internet Explorer 7 under view and found nothing.
Were else do I look?
Thank you,

I did what you said about un-checking the hid files. It made no
difference in what happens.
I did get it to work once by holding down the shift tagging what the
underlined word and releasing the shift and hitting it several times.
It finally opened up the website. This won't work all the time. Just
off and on.
Any idea of what is wront?
