outlook 10 thinks wrong version of express is present and won't st

outlook 2003 from office 10 upgrade wont start
it thinks i have an older version of outlook espress loaded, but I don't.
Where does outlook get this information ?
How can I re-point outlook to the current and correct version of outlook
express ??
 
Generally, the registry. Since you didn't mention what operating system you
are running, I'm not sure how to tell you to re-install Outlook Express.
