i am running windows xp home service pack 2 with nis 2007 i have outlook set to check my email every 5 minutes, it works fine for a few hours then starts giving me this error 0x8004210A, i looking in Norton's log and found this
"Event Details:
Actor: C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE11\WINWORD.EXE (PID=4080)
Target: \REGISTRY\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Common Client\ccService\Channels\
Action: Unauthorized access
Reaction: Unauthorized access stopped"
now i know outlook isn't winword but when you click new to type up a new email winword.exe shows up in task manager. so i am assuming that since i have sent an email it is giving me this error. i don't want to stop Norton from scanning my email anyone know how to fix this?? thanks in advance
