I cannot find out how to print (in monthly view) my calendar with the times
of mtgs/apptmts displayed...it only prints that there is a mtg that day.
HELP!!!!!!!!!

Do you see the times on the calendar in outlook? If not, you need to make
the screen wider so they show, Then you need to use a calendar layout that
is wide enough to have room for the times (ie, landscape). The calendar
printing assistant might do better - see

SWEET!!!! It was there, just needed to go to landscape!!!!!
THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I downloaded this tool and successfully installed it, but nothing seems to
happen. I.e., my outlook prints just as it did before the install. How do I
force this thing to run?

It runs outside of outlook - go to the start menu, microsoft office - its
under microsoft office tools. or, if using vista, type Cal in the start
search field and select calendar printing assistant from the list.
