Outlook 03 - MS Security Dept Patch

I keep getting emails from all over prompting me to use
a "patch.exe".

The emails say that they are from MS Security Dept, which
they are not.

Additionally Inbox is filling up with email messages that
are from ISP's Postmasters saying that a message could
not be delivered to some email address that I have never
heard of or sent an email to.

This is a supposedly new virus but I have not found a fix
for this issue.

This "new" virus has been around for about a month now.

You don't have the virus. You are receiving e-mails from people who do have
the virus, and from ISPs telling you that someone sent you the virus. Simply
delete all of the messages - do not open them at all.
