I have taken out an old email address for a contact, and taken the email
address out of my groups list also. However when I try to send an email it
still adds this person back on. Since she is on our server it will not send
the email, because of course it is seeing an email address that is no longer
available. Anyone know how to fix this problem.

You forgot to post the necessary information. You know what you mean by
"when I try to send an email." No one else does. The answer to your question
will lie therein. State the precise steps you are using. Leave nothing out
that would require us to guess at what you are doing.

Sorry.
We had our ISP delete a person who worked for us. She has been removed from
our individual and our group address book. I write up my email, I use the
group for my to address and it tells me it cannot send because
(e-mail address removed) is not a valid email address. Of course it is not a valid
email address we have had it removed from the email server.
It is basically saying that we have not removed her from our group email
accounts and I have. I hope that is enough info. If not let me know.

Sorry, but you are using your own terms, not the terms Outlook uses or that
anyone else could understand.
State what you mean by "group." (Outlook uses no such term).
State how you are selecting the recipient.
Since I can only guess here, I would guess that you failed to remove the
reference to the updated Distribution List from your autocompletion cache.
