Outllook Forms send form as e-mail ?

Never used Outlook Forms before. I crated a Form, very simple
texteboxes, comboboxes. I have published this form in one of my folder
called "Generic" When I open the form and add text to it then when
click "POST". I go back to the "Generic" folder but all the text that
have put is gone ?!?!?. What should I do.

Another thing is this what is the difference between "Edit Compos
Page" and "Edit Read Page" ??? What is the purpose of this ???

I also have the following in the (ACTIONS) Tab, if it can help yo
guys:

Forms can have a unified layout, where the user sees the same thing all the
time, or a dual layout, where the user creating the item sees one
arrangement and the user opening the saved or received item sees another. It
sounds like you have a dual layout but never created the read layout.
