When I compose a new email in Outlook 2000, and click on the To:
button, I am unable to see any of my contacts. I do have a contact
folder resident in my folder list. I've tried to fix this problem
reading through some of the fixes posted here, but it seems that on my
version of Outlook 2000 I do not have access to some functions
referenced. For example, when I click on Tools, I do not have a
choice for Services. Also, when I click on the properties of my
contacts folder, and click on the Outlook Address Book Tab, the option
to "Show this folder as an e-mail address book" is grayed out. Thank
you in advance.

That would suggest that you are using IMO mode of Outlook. Look in Help |
About, line 2 to see.
If so, then your Contacts will appear within your Outlook Address Book
automatically and by default. There is no option for them not to. If they
aren't, something is wrong with your installation. Only you could provide
clues as to what that might be.
