I find out this outliner at:

It´s a freeware for personal use ( für Privatanwender kostenlos ), I
would like to know if someone uses it and whether this software is
good or not.

It's a very small (250 Kb) download, so you can easily have a look at
it yourself.
It lacks an export option so it can only save files in its own format
or, quite uselessly, as .txt. Secondly it can't be configured in any
way at all and it stubbornly always opens at the lower right hand
corner of the screen. With a few improvements it could be useful, but
by that time it won't be free anymore, I suspect. Thumbs down.
