Outgoing Server Error

I tried to send or attach pictures and I get an incorrect
Outgoing SMPT server error. I tried (e-mail address removed) and
it still says it's incorrect.
 
You need to contact your ISP.

(e-mail address removed) is an email address, you want the server name, tr
smtp.servername.com, if not try mail.servername.com et
