Outgoing Messages in Windows Mail (Vista)

Windows Mail will no longer send outgoing messages. I can still receive. I
have disabled e-mail scanning in McAfee but it did not help. Why would this
happen suddenly when I've been having no problems for months?

Do you have a message stuck in your Outbox>

Here is the Microsoft fix:

Note: The page title says Outbox, but this fix will also work for other Windows
Mail folders.

Also, McAfee has very well known problems with Windows Mail and you may want to
completely uninstall it and use a free less invasive anti-virus product such as
AVG or Avast.
