Outgoing email address displayed

My internet service is earthlink, but my email adress is through my website.
How can I configure Outlook to show the email address I want to use (through
my website)?

Tools | Accounts | Mail
Double click each account and put in the email address you want on the
General tab.

Oops.
That answer was for Outlook Express. I'm sure it's similar in Outlook.

Tools/E-mail account/"Add a new.....", like with any you need to know the
mail server names. Likely you will need to enable authentication as well.
