outgoing attachments

jpg attachments get dropped from outgoing email. when forwarding a msg with a jpg (or other) attachment which has already come into my inbox okay, Outlook dumps it. Recipients often reply that the attachment is not there. Why? I never had this problem with earlier versions of Outlook. Is big brother watching now?
 
Make sure you are sending inHTML or Plain Text format and not Rich Text.
