How do I delete Links that are no longer there? When I
look at the Edit-Links, there are a number of referenced
files that no longer exist. How do you delete these?

Do you mean that the formulas including the references to another workbook
have all been deleted, but the name of that other workbook still appears in
the list of links? If so, one way is to use
Edit > Links
Select the filename in question and press "Change source".
Then navigate to point to the file itself.
When you then press OK, it will try to change the links, but finding none it
will remove the entry from the list of linked files.

If, however, you still have formulas referencing other files, but these
files have been deleted, you will need to decide what you want to do about
these formulas. Maybe you can just delete them? If not, you need to edit
them according to your requirements.
