outbox

All my sent e-mails are going to the outbox and remain there. I think the
system is stuck in the off line mode. How or where do I find the area to
re-set my outbox to be back on line. Thanks for your time and understanding.

Just want to say thanks for your time and understanding. I tryed what you
said but it would not correct the problem. I even E-Mailed RR and received no
response. It is very said all the money we have to spend with microsoft and
the IP companies and no one can correct this problem. Most people I have
spoke with that have windows vista are having all kinds of problems. Because
this is a new computer that only comes with windows vista I guess I can't go
back to explorer 6. However thanks again for trying to help me.
