Outbox glitch

I recently attempted to send an e-mail of approximately
100 megabytes, using the Beta version of Outlook 2003. I
soon realized that this e-mail was too large to send,
and, as it had not been successfully sent already,
attempted to delete it from my outbox. This, however, did
not work. I have tried moving the e-mail to another
folder, simply deleting it, restarting my computer and
even taking Outlook offline, yet it still refuses to send
the message. With this message tying up my outbox, I
cannot send another e-mail, and would greatly appreciate
any help anyone could offer on solving my problem.

1.. Quit all of the programs that are running.
2.. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to start Task Manager, and in Task Manager, quit
any programs that are still running, including Outlook and the Mapisp32.exe
program (the MAPI spooler).
3.. Start Outlook again. Delete the old message

You'll need to place Outlook in Offline mode and then restart Outlook (or
even your PC in case you have 3rd party apps that could leave Outlook
running). You should be able delete the message now when you open Outlook
the next time. Don't forget to put Outlook back online again.
