outbox emails unread

email outbox seems frozen, what is wrong? it suddenly froze. I was told by
BT that my security system was identifying all emails as spam! Also had
error coming up when trying to connect to emails which showed: account:
protocol POP3, popgate unknown command, port 110, error 800CCC90 and error
800CCC18. Any ideas anyone?
 
If you have a message stuck in the Outbox, there is a procedure for
clearing that. However, first read http://www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3
If you have McAfee or Norton antivirus, uninstall it. Reboot and try
Windows Mail again. Once you get your email working properly,
download and install a less troublesome antivirus program such as the
free Avast. Whichever antivirus program you keep, be sure to
disable its email scanning option.
