Outbox duplicates

I don't recall exactly when Outlook Express took priority
default over Outlook but I don't want it as default and
the standard information given by Microsoft does not give
correct instructions on how to remove Outlook Express and
put Outlook in primary default. Can any one help me on
this?

Also there seems to have been a random duplication of
outgoing mail put into Outlook from Express. Outlook
Outbox has "unsent messages" from weeks ago that I thought
were sent from Express. Now I don't if all of the mail I
thought I sent actually was sent. If mail was sent from
Express can I be sure it was sent? Why would duplicate
Outbox messages from Express show up in Outlook?

What is "EZN" as seen in the contents " Microsoft Internet
Explorer provided by EZN?

Finally how am I supposed to get responses to these
questions?

Go into Internet Explorer. Choose Tools | Internet Options | Programs and
set Outlook to be the default e-mail client.

That I don't know anything about, sorry.

Probably the service provider or company that provided Internet Explorer.
It's a fairly common customization - I think some of our Dell machines here
have "Internet Explorer provided by Dell" on them.

Finally how am I supposed to get responses to these
questions?

Right here.
