Windows XP - when email is sent out from us, the
recipient sees it as coming from Dick, Jane and Susie
[[email protected]]it is automatically mis-
spelled "earthlink" rather than "earthlink." We believe
that when email goes out with this mis-=spelling that
when recipients hit the reply button we do not receive
their reply and they get an error message. How do we go
into Outlook settings to correct the e-mail spelling
linked to our names?

version is outlook 2002

there was a minor typo in my original e-mail, our email
address is automatically mis-spelled eartlink and it
should be earthlink.

.

Tools | E-mail Accounts. Check the settings for the Earthlink account.
That's where you can expect to find the typo.
