I have a user that cannot print email messages that are
HTML Based, meaning the email message body is made up of
Internet Based Content that it has to go out to the
Internet to get.
When she selects the option to print, Outlook will send
the print request. When you go into the printer queue,
the document is listed as an OUTBIND document and the file
size grows to over 25MB. I left it sit once to see if
anything would come out and it did print something. It
printed an error stating OFFENDING Command.
The real interesting part of this is it is not printer
specific. I have sent this print request to both HP and
Xerox printers on the network with the same results.
Her Admin Assistant can print these type of messages with
no issues. The only difference between them is that the
Admin is on NT and the person in question is on Win2K
SP4.
