OUTBAK.DLL and SBCMSYNC.DLL not a valid office addin

I recently installed XP Pro (clean install) on a machine running Win 98. The
Outlook 2000 transferred ok (after juggling the .pst folders). However
everytime I start Outlook, I get 2 consecutive Outlook message boxes:
'C:\Documents and Settings\my name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Addins\C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\ADDINS\OUTBAK.DLL' is not a valid Office add-in. The second
mesage is similar but ends with ...\Office\SBCMSYBC.DLL'...
I've searched the entire harddrive, and can't even find these dll's.
Otherwise, the Outlook 2000 works fine.
It looks like maybe 2 locations hae been chained together? Why can't I find
the dll's?
