Out of Virtual Memory-Yikes!--can't logon but...

Hi,

I am not able to logon, and I am guessing it is because of
the virtual memory messages I am getting but...I am able
to access the machine's files through other machines.

What's the process to increase my paging.sys file to get
back in?

Any help, as you may guess, is pretty urgent and
appreciated.
