I've created a system particion (c:) with only 5 GB.
As the time as passed i've instaled SQl server, and patch and even SP4.
By now i only have left 900 mb.

I' moved 1200 mb of my pagefile(24000 total) to another partition and i've
deleted all files that i don't need.

i'm trying to run defrag but it tells me that only have 13% empty space and
i need at least 15%.

Is it safe to delete de $Uninstallq**** folders in the winnt folder?

These are the uninstall routines for various service pack and or hotfixes.
If you don't expect to ever require to back down from them then yes you can
delete them.
