Hi,
I just installed a new motherboard from epox with an
athlon 2200+. I have a ATI Radeon 9000 (64 mb ddr) and
I'm having problems with it, I guess. After a few minutes
I start windows XP Professional, my monitor gives the
sign "Out of Scan range" and I really don't know how I
should solve this...Anyone who can tell me what to do?

grtz

Wouter,
It sounds like the system is trying to set the monitors
refresh rate + resolution too high, or out of range anyway.
This can be caused by the catalyst drivers, graphics card,
or some refresh rate overide feature, or even the monitor
What catalyst version are you using? Try to set the
refresh rate down to a acceptable level in the catalyst
control panel-hit displays and click the monitor, the
refresh rate should be displayed. DDC information can also
cause problems.
