Hi:
I have the same problem. Were you able to solve it?
Thanks,
Jeffrey

Jeffrey...No I haven't yet...someone told me to reload my
Windows 2000 Install disck but when I do that it won't run
saying something like the CD is either corrupted or i may
not have enough memory....

I am soooo frustrated!

Make sure the Print Spooler service is running.

add printer - out of resources

In windows 2000 or windows XP, cause: the print spooler services has shut down improperly.
Solution:
go to start > run, type in services.msc.
Scroll down until you see the print spooler service
Right click (or double click) to bring up properties.
If it is not already started, choose "START".
If it is started, chose STOP then close services. Reopen services and choose print spooler again, then choose START.
If this happens often, go into RECOVERY tab at the top of the print spool properties window.
At the first choice (FIRST FAIURE) choose "Restart Service" from the drop down list.
It is usually caused by a faulty driver, HP, Lexmark. Installing windows again will not solve it, usually. Not to mention a partial waste of time.
