Out of Office

The instructions clearly state to go to tools and click
on out of office. The problem is that out of office is
not an option on the tools drop down or any of the sub
groups.

Any ideas?
 
Out of Office is only available if you are accessing an
exchange server. If you are stand alone you have to use
rules to take care of being "out of the office" - also
note Outlook MUST remaining running if you want to send
people a response back saying you are out of the office.
