Out of Office

I can't turn on my "out of office", it doesn't seem to be in my "Tools" menu as the help guide suggests. Can anybody help me find it??
 
The Out of Office Assistant requires Exchange server on the back end. If
you are on Exchange and the option does not show in your Tools Menu, you
need to uninstall and reinstall the Exchange Extensions.

The Out of Office Assistant is only available if you are using Exchange
server on the back end. If you are not using Exchange, you can emulate the
Out of Office Assistant by using Rules. However, you will need to leave
your machine on, Outlook open and expect to be on every spammer's "live"
list as you will not be able to discriminate between who does and who does
not get a response.
