Currently I only receive one out of office reply when sending someone an
e-mail who has their out of office facility active. Is there anyway to change
my settings so that I receive an out of office reply everytime I send them an
e-mail?
This one reply facility is understandable, but if someone is out of the
office long-term, it is easy to forget and I find myself frequently sending
them an e-mail, forgetting that they are not able to respond and therefore
thinking that they have had read it (read message service is not feasible
sometimes due to mass mailings etc.)
