Out of Office reply when we're in a meeting?

Is it possible to set up Outlook (2002 and/or 2003) to send an "out of
office" reply when our calendar shows that we are in a meeting?
 
It is a feature under consideration for Outlook 12 (current version is 11
and it cannot be done unless you do it manually.
