Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way that I can set the out of office reply to
be sent automatically whenever the time on my calendar is set to "out of
office".

This is in contrast to me clicking the "I am currently out of office" every
time I need to go out.

Thanks for helping!

Ps. If there is no in-built feature that can address this, any VBA codes are
welcomed.

No automatic way in Outlook 2003 or earlier.

Check the Outlook 2007 data in this newsgroup and at the website. It may be
different in Outlook 2007. There may be a way to do this in code and
http://www.outlookcode.com/ would be the place to start.

Outlook 2007/Exchange 2007 will have this feature.
