Out of office not functioning in MS Outlook 2002

Recently, our multioffices seem to have problems with Out
of office Assistant not working at all. I'm sure the
problem is it in the Exchanger Server and not at the user
end but could not find a solution. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

I've searched through MS knowledgebase and in the
Newsgroups for solution but very little info was found.
We have Exchange 2000 and using Outlook 2002 on W2K and NT
system.

Note that by default the OoOA messages are not being send to the Internet.
(secure default)
