OUT OF OFFICE FEATURE IN OUTLOOK 2003

Can anyone tell me if Outlook 2003 comes with the out of office feature. I cannot find it no where. If so how do I load it?

The Out of Office Assistant is only available if you are connected to an
Exchange server. You can spoof the OOA using the Rules Wizard, but Outlook
must be kept running in order for the rule to work. Look here for more
