out of office auto reply

I cannot find the out of office auto reply for the times
that I am out of the office on vacation. It is not under
the tools bar like it is in Office 2000
 
The Out of Office Assistant is only available if you are connected to an
Exchange server. You can spoof the OOA using the Rules Wizard, but Outlook
must be kept running in order for the rule to work. Look here for more
