U can use Small Business Sever 2000 or 2003 (~$1500) --
this will give u MS exchange server to do the sharing of
the different pieces of Outlook...

Otherwise The Other way to Use the OOO would be to
emulate it -- see 260987 in the Microsoft KB..

set up as the Exchange server so we can use OoO Assistant
