We are trying to do something sophisticated with the Out-Of-Office Assistant. We would like to set up an out of office assistant for the department mailbox where we receive resumes. We would like to set up the out of office assistant to reply with a general message thanking the person for their interest in our company. We would also like to attach an EEO form to the reply for the person to fill out and email back to us. The problem, as we see it, is that the out of office will only reply once to each email address. We have people that apply for multiple positions and need to fill out an EEO form each time. Is it possible to fix this problem?
