Out of Office Assistant???

Just upgraded to XP - with Office 2000 Professional.
Cannot find Out-of-Office assistant anywhere in Microsoft
Outlook. Several people have tried to tell me it's there
but it ain't - on my computer. It is there at my work
office - but not on home computer. Help much appreciated
from anyone.
