Out of Office Assistant Problem - need help

Our office is having a problem with this program. When we set it up - it will send the auto reply to people inside our office stating we are out, but when someone from the outside sends us a message - it does not send the reply to them informing them we are out of the office. Does anybody know what we need to do to fix this problem.
 
You need to ask your Exchange Server administrator about enabling autoreplies to the Internet -- generally not a good idea, though, because of the possibility of endless loops.
