How do I set this up to exclude specific addresses, such Internet Discussion
Groups?

It would be really nice if there was a simple option such as, "Send this Out
of Office message to every one except......."

There's no way to exclude anyone -- the message will go to everyone who sends
you an e-mail. The only exception is if your Exchange administrator has kept
the "Automatic replies to the internet" option disabled -- then external
recipients wont get the OOA message, but internal recipients all will.

That makes two major flaws for me in a week. (The second being Reminders
that don't work in sub-folders, thus requiring a 3rd party add-on)

This is a real pain on many Internet lists, especially at this time of year.
I sure hope it's high on MS's list of new features!

If you haven't made your suggestions to Microsoft here on the online
Discussion Groups yet, please do so -- it's the best way of getting your
opinion heard. Bear in mind that there are some features that will most
likely never be implemented by Microsoft as they would mean a lot (and I mean
a LOT) of extra testing and fixing of other features that will inevitably be
broken by a new feature, which means delays in the production schedule and
displeasing other users. Some things will always be left open to 3rd party
development.
