out of office assistant is not working

I'm using Office 2002, Windows XP Professional (v. 2002

When I open the Out of office assistant, the error message said the command is not availabe. I checked the extension, and it is there (already added). But, it still not working. I also reinstall the Office, no luck.

Can anyone help

Can you enable/disable it by using OWA?
