Out of Office Assistant Doesn't Work

Hello,

I have one user who put their Out of Office assistant on, but it is
not replying to any incoming messages. She has no rules setup in her
Outlook. The config is Exchange 2003 and she has WinXP with Oulook
2003.

Is this happening for *all* messages, both internal and external? Or, just
Internet?
