Out of Office Assistant doesn't switch on

Have followed instructions in the Help file and tried to activate 'Out of
Office Assistant', but it doesn't appear in my tools menu.
 
If you using outlook to connect to lets say comcast you can go to their page
and your account and set an out of office setting. Check with your provider
if you can do this.
