Want to use either Out of Office Assistant or the Rules function to
automatically respond to any email message that arrives while the Calendar
has an appointment showing time as "Out of Office". Preferably the message
could say that the receiver was unavailable until at least TIME - TIME being
the end time of the appointment blocked out as Out of Office during the time
the email is received. This would mean that anyone requiring a quick answer
to a question posed in an email would know they would not receive it before a
certain time, and could take alternative steps.
