I installed a new server last week and out of nowhere I
started to get this error message in the system even log.

Description:
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction
response from the Netman service.
The server itself can't get to the net or look at its
network properties for about 5 minutes. The client
machines themselves can take advantage of all the server
functions. Any help would be great.
