User is getting "Out of Memory" or "Not Enough Memory"
when running sub-total on about 22000 rows of
information. User has Dell Optiplex with about 128mb RAM
on Win2k, and using Excel 2k. Ran shorter sub-totals on
the information (100 lines and 1000 lines), and it ran
smoothly. Anyone else experience this type of problem
with large sets of lines?

No, but have gotten it when spreadsheets also contained
numerous charts or graphs. Charts are memory hogs.

I have the exact same problems (22325 rows w/10 columns). Currency, date and number formats only. Not running any macros or other calculations. Auto sum will not work, however I can type in the formula and all workes OK. Sub-total just sits there. I can insert another worksheet in the work book, but cannot delete any. Running Dell latitude laptop with 256k mem.
