out of memory system resources?

Everytime I try to save an appointment in the calendar in
Outlook 2003, I get a message that says out of memory
system resources and i can't save it. any suggestions?

I have fixed this problem by going to Control Panels/
Mail, then Show Profiles, and deleting my Outlook Profile.

Recreating the Outlook Profile from scrach solved the
problem.
