You'll probably find some settings in Outlook Express' Tools> Options>
Security menu section that will help you out with this.

You imply that your problem is that all attachments to E-mails are being
blocked and removed. If so: open Outlook Express and click
Tools/Options/"Security" Tab/remove the check mark by "Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened, etc".

I have the same proplem and wonder if there ever was a solution to this
proplem. Each day I find three to four, of my friends, thrown into the Spam
Blocker, at my Web Mail. They don't belong there. They belong in my Out
Look Express E-Mail. That is were they are in my address book. Thanks, L.W

Assuming Outlook Express is your e-mail client, go to Tools, select Options,
go to the Security tab, remove the check from "Do not allow attachments to
be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" and click apply and
ok.

NOTE: you should always first save attachments and scan for viruses before
opening. Most viruses received from friends and people we know.

Try going to the junk folder at the webmail site. Right click on an email
that you want to keep. You may find some menus to mark all future mail from
that person as "not junk."

Or while visiting the webmail site, check for spam filter settings that you
can adjust. Recently, I changed mine from "high" to "medium." Since making
that change, I have only found one waylaid email that was wanted spam (an
online shop that I use frequently).

If the mail makes it past the filters at the webmail site, it will end up
in your OE folders once again.
