My office has changed email servers I am the only one running outlook 2007.
The have managed to get everyone up and running but me. Every time i send an
email based on the new settings its continues to ask me for my user name and
password and won't send out any emails. Let me know if any of you have
suggestions.

The request for the password and or user name is standard if the outgoing
email server cannot be located.
This can be for many reasons, but one I have seen at my work place is where
our normal pop and smtp server settings would be mail.xyz.com for both but
will only work when the smtp is set to the actual transport providers smtp.
That is. our mail is hosted at xyz.com but our broadband connection is
provided by abc.com. I changed our smtp setting to abc.com and it worked.

Sometimes the broadband provider allows pop and smtp to be other providers,
sometimes they don't. It also depends on how your IT department has setup
your mail hosting. Talk to them about the hosting service and the broadband
connection and see if they are different. you can then try the above.

Cheers

Grant
