With posters profiles and all.

Before someone else gets in... yes, I talk too much.
Found it a bit odd though, looking at "my" profile, then realised that
some people at my ISP must have taken my suggestion a bit too literally.
Lots of posters within its internal ngs ask about avoiding spam. I
suggest using a fake addy, "like mine". It appears one or more have used
"exactly like mine". :)

"These are the forty most consistently present authors, ordered by the
number of days each author posted in the time period selected."

The chart is based on posting consistency. Curious.

68 other groups YK? Jeez. How in the world do you do it?

I thought I had found one I didn't write. The message was
unavailable... I'll bet it was cross posted and I didn't catch it on
the reply though. I know I've never heard of the group.

Maybe an accidental cross post. I know that most of the groups they
have me listed as participating in are ones that I'm not subscribed to.

dm,
Heh, I wonder what Microsoft means by naming the link or bookmark
to the site "MSR Netscan - *Usenet Social Accounting* Search Engine."
Seems almost like they're trying to make people nervous about
participating in usenet- i.e. "Big Bill" is watching you and what you
say you will eventually be "accountable" for.

I'm just terrified. 80)>

They are working on making usenet more to their linking. If I find the
links about this I will post them to the discussion group.

Wow, I suspected that Blinky was an out-of-control poster, but
those statistics were even worse than I had feared! Nobody was
even close!
