Before someone else gets in... yes, I talk too much.
Found it a bit odd though, looking at "my" profile, then realised that
some people at my ISP must have taken my suggestion a bit too literally.
Lots of posters within its internal ngs ask about avoiding spam. I
suggest using a fake addy, "like mine". It appears one or more have used
"exactly like mine".
I thought I had found one I didn't write. The message was
unavailable... I'll bet it was cross posted and I didn't catch it on
the reply though. I know I've never heard of the group.

Seems almost like they're trying to make people nervous about
participating in usenet- i.e. "Big Bill" is watching you and what you
say you will eventually be "accountable" for.
